For remedial massage and sports massage, I assess your range of movement and levels of tension and pain before we agree on the massage treatment best for you.
For injuries and stubborn tension, dry needling can assist in providing immediate relief and healing.
Thin Acupuncture needles are inserted into the taught muscles.
This directly releases the muscle and activates a healing response from the body.
